Open to entire family…from 5 years old to 79 years old!

Agenda
6:00 Class starts with prayer and pledge of allegiance, followed by 30-45 minutes of exercise, including karate kicks, punches, blocks; 10-minute break, self-defense routine, learn/practice katas, bag punch and kicks, sparring, bow and sword instruction.
7:45 Bible study. Each week a student takes a turn choosing bible verses and explaining what it means to them, and then having an open discussion of biblical devotions, prayer requests, and closing prayer.
Promotions
Each student progresses at own rate. Sensei works with individuals or group. Students must practice at home. Promotions awarded within each rank as reviewed and approved by Sensei. Ranks are White, Green, Brown, and Black belts.

Competition
Individuals compete within regional competitions as designated by Sensei, usually twice a year. Trophies awarded.
